Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so within a 24 hour notice.
Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments within the time frame of 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service minus the $20 non-refundable deposit.
No-shows will result in being charged 100% of the service. They also will not be allowed to book again.
